Request InfoMKS Instruments Inc.ANDOVER, Mass., Oct. 28, 2020 — The Ophir® Wide-Beam Imager (WB-I) from MKS Instruments Inc. is a compact, calibrated optical system for measuring the size and power distribution of large and divergent beams of VCSELs, LEDs, edge-emitting lasers, and fiber lasers. The Wide Beam Imager is capable of imaging any beam shape, whether round, line, or square, that is too large for a camera sensor. It features a 48-mm diameter aperture and an angle of incidence of 70°. Beams are captured on a translucent diffusive screen and re-imaged to produce a complete and accurate mapping of the light's intensity distribution....See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 4/26/2022Laser Power SensorThe Ophir® IPM-10KW laser power sensor from MKS Instruments Inc. delivers high accuracy and repeatable measurements in rough production environments.
