Remote Live-Cell Imaging SystemThe CytoSMART Lux2 Duo Kit from CytoSMART Technologies is a remote live-cell imaging system that allows researchers to carry out immediate side-by-side comparisons between cell cultures via two sample stages.

The two-camera system allows researchers to use remote functionality of the cloud to gain insight into the current confluence levels on their phones. It can reduce the time spent in the lab, which is crucial for many groups trying to continue research while complying with social distancing rules. The kit is designed to operate within CO2 incubators and hypoxia chambers.

Two devices operate via a single laptop, allowing noninvasive, real-time insight into cell growth. Bright-field imaging is deployed to create real-time time-lapse videos, accessible remotely. Samples are also imaged under identical conditions, providing a robust platform for unambiguous comparison between cell culture variables.
