ANDOVER, Mass., Dec. 15, 2021 — The DISCOVER Advanced Mobile Leak Detector from Physical Sciences Inc. and Heath Consultants Inc. is a remote methane leak detector.

The device detects small natural gas leaks in municipal distribution pipeline infrastructure. Using fast open-path Remote Methane Leak Detection technology, the system measures both methane and ethane during survey from a mobile platform. It approximates emission rate and the leak’s location.
