Research LEDLedmotive has announced an LED Tunable Light for research.

The LED-based module is built up with multiple LEDs peaked at different wavelengths. Together with the electronics and the control software, it is possible to reproduce any light spectrum for scientific purposes and applications.

The engine makes it possible to reproduce any lighting spectrum in the visible range with an unprecedented accuracy and reproducibility. The light modules can be easily programmed through a REST API in any language and can thus be adapted to any experimental setup. Equipped with an integrated spectrometer, the output spectrum is continuously monitored and corrected for temperature variations or aging of the LEDs.
