The MacGregor DC2013-T Series of High Performance Resistance Spot Welding Power Supplies from Amada Miyachi America combines touch-panel integrated database process control and monitoring with high-duty output.
With a low-ripple 3000-A direct current output, it is ideal for applications such as crimping weld connectors, making pre-compacted wire to terminal connections, and projection welding dashboard switches. It can also be used for resistance welding engine motor armature, and stranded wire to coil or terminal welding.
The DC2013-T units take the concept of real-time statistical process control to high levels, allowing welding database profiles to be stored, monitored, and adjusted from anywhere in the world using TCP/IP Ethernet. The internal database technology provides process and production engineers with a vast array of process control features that enhance production line quality control and monitoring methodologies.
