Avago Technologies has launched two dual-channel high-speed optically isolated metal oxide silicon field-effect transistor-output solid-state relays that operate from –40 to 85 °C. The ASSR-322R is for test equipment applications for pin electronics, multiplexers and matrix cards, and for switching in the analog circuits of parametric measurement units. The ASSR-3220 is designed for electronics applications such as telecommunications switching equipment, programmable logic controller outputs, digital I/O and home appliances. Housed in an eight-pin dual-inline package, they output 250-V maximum load voltage and 200-mA continuous current.
