HiperScan.jpgThe SGS2500 scanning grating spectrometer unveiled by HiperScan GmbH features a spectral range from 1300 to 2500 nm that is scanned with more than 3000 samples in 10 ms with 13-nm spectral resolution by a two-stage thermoelectrically cooled InGaAs detector. It has an SMA fiber connector, but direct coupling also is possible because of good stray light suppression. The standard interface is USB, with Ethernet and RS-232 available upon request. Average wavelength and photometric stability over 10 scans at 21 °C is ±1 nm and 0.3%, respectively. Stray light is <0.1%. Operating temperature is from 15 to 35 °C. SpectraCon software is supplied, and the system runs on Microsoft Windows ME, 2000 and XP.
