YONGIN, South Korea, Aug. 14, 2020 — SWIR CameraThe ABA-013VIR SWIR camera from AVAL DATA Corp. features the Sony IMX990 image sensor, supporting the 400- to 1700-nm range.

The camera enables high-resolution image shooting of 1280 × 1024 with 1.3 MP and both the GigE and Camera Link interfaces. Inspection precision is provided with up to a 5-μm pixel size.

Allowing the inspection of objects in visible and NIR ranges, applications include defect inspection, alien substance inspection, material sorting, and a variety of other industrial uses in the semiconductor, agricultural, foods, medicines, and cosmetics fields.
