The Wildcat+ 640 SWIR camera from Xenics NV is dedicated to demanding industrial vision applications such as process monitoring, machine vision, medicine, and more, along with scientific uses.

The device runs at 300 Hz full-VGA format with a low noise of 45 e-, and a pixel pitch of 20 μm for use in low-light environments. The ability to detect low SWIR signals is given by the ratio between the pixel surface and the noise floor. With a Camera Link or plug-and-play USB3 Vision interface, the camera’s GenICam compliance ensures straightforward integration in industrial systems.
