The NSC1901T-SI SWIR sensor from New Imaging Technologies features a resolution of 1280×1024 pixels at a pitch of 10 μm, with a low readout noise performance of 25e- due to an innovative input stage for correlated double sampling.
The NSC1901T-SI delivers up to 120 fps, operates in Integrate Then Read or Integrate While Read modes, and can be combined with region of interest readout. The technology allows for the production of hybrid components without using the traditional Indium bump technique leading to high-yield manufacturing.
