Scratch Inspection SystemThe WI-2200-360° Scratch Inspection System from Xiris Automation Inc. is designed for tube and pipe manufacturing.

Four Class 2 laser triangulation sensors have been specifically designed for the tube mill environment and are mounted around the tube to provide a full 360° inspection of coated and uncoated tube surfaces. The system’s high-resolution sensors and software algorithms detect the most miniscule of scratches to prevent leak paths for fluids in mission-critical applications.
