Li-Cor Biosciences has unveiled goat anti-mouse and goat anti-rabbit secondary antibodies labeled with horseradish peroxidase. They are optimized for use with Chemi-IR detection kits, as well as with the company’s Odyssey and Aerius infrared imaging systems. The antibodies can be used for detection of Western blots and, when combined with the Chemi-IR kit, they enable users to detect the antibodies before or after chemiluminescence detection.
