SemiNex LIDAR Laser DiodesSemiNex delivers up to 30 W of pulse power in ruggedly designed TO9 and TO56 packages. Standard eye-safe wavelengths include 1310, 1350, 1550, 1625, and 1650 nm. Standard aperture sizes are 4, 5, 50, 95, 180, and 350 µm with optional collimating optics to <5 mrad or matched axis divergence. LIDAR applications include autonomous vehicles, drones, and mapping.
