SemiNex LIDAR ProductsSemiNex delivers up to 25 W of pulse power in ruggedly designed TO9 and TO56 packages. Standard eye-safe wavelengths include 1310, 1350, 1550, 1625 and 1650 nm. Standard aperture sizes are 4, 5, 50, 95, 180 and 350 µm with optional collimating optics to < 5 mrad. Lidar applications include autonomous vehicles, drones and mapping.
