Side-pumped ModulesThe SP17 and SP18 high-power side-pumped modules from Focuslight Technologies Inc. offer peak powers of 30 and 5 kW, respectively.

The SP17 offers high small signal gain of >55 while the SP18 provides >30, with both providing fluorescence distribution uniformity of >90%. The modules can be used for high-power solid-state laser pumping, and ultimately applied in advanced manufacturing fields such as material machining, surface treatment, and pan-semiconductor processing.
