Latham, N.Y., Dec. 19, 2025 — The MTD3910GC-F3 and MTD3910G-F3 from Marktech Optoelectronics are 940-nm silicon photodiodes with minimal to no visible sensitivity. The MTD3910G-F3 has enhanced filtering with virtually zero sensitivity below 775 nm. The MTD3910GC-F3 features no responsiveness below 675 nm and only minute sensitivity between 675 to 775 nm. The MTD3910GC-F3 and MTD3910G-F3 are molded through-hole plastic; small active area for fast response and low junction capacitance. The MTD5052D3 is a blue-green optimized silicon photodiode, which is optimized for blue-green detection with 525-nm peak responsivity. It has cost-effective molded through-hole plastic, a small active area for fast response, and low capacitance.
