Single-Photon CounterAurea Technology offers the PicoXea, a picosecond-resolution time correlated single-photon-counting analyzer.

The device integrates a single-photon avalanche photodiode, picosecond pulsed laser source and time-to-digital converter. It interfaces with confocal microscopes for time-resolved fluorescence lifetime imaging.
