AUBURN, Mass., April 22, 2022 — Six-axis Robotic StageThe H-840 six-axis stage from Physik Instrumete LP is based on the H-840.G2IHP micropositioning robot for nanopositioning applications.

Designed for multi-axis alignment and positioning applications in optics, photonics, aerospace, and biomedical engineering, the hexapod micro-robotic stage provides 6° of freedom, a step resolution of 20 nm, repeatability to ±0.1 μm, a 40-kg load capacity, and travel ranges to 100 mm (linear) and 60° (rotation). It provides linear motion in X, Y, Z as well as rotations in pitch, yaw, and roll.
