Smart CameraADLINK's x86 NEON-1021 smart camera, offered by STEMMER IMAGING Ltd., allows users to choose the image processing platform that best suits their applications needs.

The camera is preloaded with a choice of Teledyne DALSA’s Sherlock, STEMMER IMAGING’s Common Vision Blox, or MVTec’s Merlic embedded software. The NEON-1021 features Intel Atom quad core 1.91-GHz processors for increased computing power and 2-MP global shutter image sensors. A built-in pulse width modulation lighting control module eliminates the need for additional lighting controller equipment, reducing total cost of ownership.

An optimized input/output includes one additional slave GigE Vision camera connection, 4× isolated input, 4× isolated output, and video graphics array output for maximized integration with external devices. Rugged construction with IP67-rated housing and M12 connectors enables the camera to withstand harsh industrial environments.
