KOMAKI, Japan, Feb. 3, 2015 — Santec SLM-100An advanced reflective spatial light modulator, the SLM-100 from Santec Corp. is based on liquid crystal on silicon (LCOS) technology.

The SLM-100 provides 1.5 MP in high definition, with four times the 10-bit 1024 gray levels of conventional products and 10 times the phase stability.

Applications include beam reshaping for laser processing, optical tweezers manipulation, wavefront compensation, beam steering, diffractive optics and spatial optical networking.
