DALGETY BAY, Scotland, Feb. 10, 2015 — Forth Dimension Displays QXGA-3DMCombining a microdisplay with an application-specific non-video interface, the QXGA-3DM from Forth Dimension Displays is a lightweight spatial light modulator with a small form factor.

The 2048 × 1536-pixel device enables higher-resolution structured light systems. Applications that benefit include the 3-D inspection of system-in-package devices and lattice light-sheet microscopy.

Bidirectional trigger signals ensure accurate synchronization with other system components such as cameras and translation tables.
