PISCATAWAY, N.J., June 2, 2020 —
The Fluorolog-QM research spectrofluorometer from HORIBA Scientific is an all-reflective, modular system that provides perfect focus at all wavelengths from the deep UV to the NIR.
The lens-free spectrofluorometer features high guaranteed sensitivity specification at a 32,000:1 signal-to-noise ratio for the Raman band of water using the FSD square-root method. It also offers long focal length monochromators at 350 mm for single monochromators, and 700 mm for double monochromators, to reject stray light. The Fluorolog-QM allows users to detect the lowest possible concentrations of fluorescence. FelixFL fluorescence software platform provides acquisition and analysis of spectral and time-resolved data.
Combined with up to four light sources, up to six detector options, and sample handling accessories, the Fluorolog-QM can be enhanced to suit a broad range of luminescence research applications.
