Spectrometer Sample Mounting KitThe FluoMic add-on for the FluoTime 300 time-resolved fluorescence spectrometer from PicoQuant GmbH is a sample mounting kit that enables remote measurements.

With the FluoMic add-on, the spectrometer’s capabilities can be extended with spatial resolution. It allows the application of wizard-guided, steady-state, and time-resolved measurements to remote samples, extending the spectrometer’s flexibility in the UV-NIR spectral range and the ps-ms time range.

The FluoMic’s pre-aligned fibers allow shining excitation light from both pulsed and steady-state sources of the spectrometer to a microscope. Emission is collected from a small sample area down to a spatial resolution of 2 µm and guided via a fiber to the detection arm of the FluoTime 300.
