McPherson Deep UV Luminescence SpectrophotometerMcPherson Inc.’s Deep UV Luminescence Spectrophotometer offers optical characterization and spectral measurements from the vacuum ultraviolet to the near-infrared.

The optical test system is used with emitting samples such as phosphors or photo- and electroluminescent crystals, and can also measure reflectance, transmission and fluorescence, from 120 nm to 2.2 µm.

The spectrophotometer is designed for spectral characterization of coatings, filters and photocathodes; materials science; energy and efficient lighting research; and photonic component manufacturing.
