The PHOTON RT spectrophotometer from EssentOptics Ltd. is a refined instrument that provides high-quality thin-film metrology solutions.

A wavelength range of 185 to 5200 nm is available in a single instrument, ensuring both precise measurements of laser quality and tight-spec coatings in the UV-VIS-NIR range and meaningful tests of midwave-IR coatings. The dispersive spectrophotometer sets records in the measurement of complex cemented prisms, offering a built-in capability to test samples with arbitrary direction and unprecedented +/−60-mm offset of outgoing beams.

Users can seamlessly measure beamsplitter cubes for transmittance and absolute specular reflectance at variable angles of incidence, both clockwise and counterclockwise, to meet design trends in augmented and virtual reality devices.
