The SpectraNova D8-M2 spectrophotometer from FluxData Inc. offers high-accuracy, noncontact color measurement.
The measurement head is sealed to protect the integrating sphere from the factory environment using a sapphire window, which is easily cleanable in the field. Measurements are reported instantly to the software through a machine-to-machine interface, ensuring accuracy and eliminating the need for a human operator. The SpectraNova D8-M2 offers seamless integration with existing systems and manufacturing lines. This results in dramatic reductions in costs and yield improvements.
The device includes 8° diffuse geometry; offers reflectance and CIE colorimetric data output; has rapid measurement cycles of <150 ms; and requires minimal maintenance.
