PD-LD Inc. has introduced the 647-nm Red Laser Series of VBG stabilized high power diode lasers. The lasers offer a linewidth of <0.1 nm and high optical power of up to 500 mW in three configurations: pigtailed, free-space and turnkey USB-controlled subsystems. The internal temperature control ensures spectral stability and consistent power over varied operating conditions. In addition to Raman spectroscopy, applications include avionics, sensing and instrumentation.
