NORTH LOGAN, Utah, July 29, 2014 — StarLite from Ophir Photonics is a handheld laser power/energy meter with a variety of beam measurements.

StarLite has a large, 320 × 240-pixel TFT display with 16-mm digits that provide increased legibility and monitor power. The device measures power, single-shot energy, energy and frequency of high-repetition-rate lasers and beam position and size.

StarLite monitors power and energy for pyroelectric and photodiode sensors. The meter comes equipped with an USB option for direct communications with a PC.
