The StingRay SD from Coherent Inc. is a laser that generates structured light patterns for use in 3-D vision systems.

The laser produces high power density and thin measurement cross sections with a uniform return that does not mask the profile of the object.

Applications include bioinstrumentation, machine vision, laser measurement and control.

The Stingray is distributed by Alrad Imaging.
