ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill., May 8, 2020 — Sunlight-Readable LCD MonitorThe SRM-17.3G series of sunlight-readable LCD monitors from TRU-Vu Monitors Inc. enable users to see clear sharp video images even in direct bright sunlight.

With more than 1,000 nits of brightness, the 17.3-in. devices are 4 to 5× times brighter than standard LCD monitors. With full-HD resolution at 1920 × 1080 and an ambient light sensor, screen brightness is adjusted automatically. Industrial-grade components and TRU-Tuff treatment provide maximum shock and vibration resistance. A rugged, powder-coated steel enclosure ensures confidence in demanding environment.

Applications include military, law enforcement, auto racing, security, inspection systems, kiosks, drone systems, automotive, ships, and more.
