Superresolution MicroscopeBruker Corp. has announced the Vutara 352 quantitative superresolution microscope, allowing pair-correlation, colocation, cluster and live-cell analysis.

The device is compatible with the Opterra multipoint confocal microscope, enabling the visualization of large-scale, high-resolution structural context in correlation with superresolution imaging in challenging live-cell applications.

Proprietary algorithms enable researchers to conduct immediate quantitative analysis on their biology. High 3D resolution quantifies molecular colocation, and enables identification, tracking and quantification of fluorescent clusters in live cells.
