QUEBEC, Oct. 22, 2018 — Surface Preparation LaserThe 200-W laser from Laserax is twice as fast as a regular 100-W laser, making it ideal for ideal for marking parts as they zip by on a conveyor and for cleaning a host of contaminants from metal parts.

The sturdy design of the laser makes it a staple in harsh industrial environments such as those found in aluminum smelting, die casting, and extruding plants worldwide. The laser head is rated IP65 and air-cooled for optimal laser operation.

Applications include use in material processing, such as laser marking on metal parts, and for laser cleaning applications, such as tool, die, and mold cleaning, rust removal, and surface preparation.
