The SensoMap micro- and nanosurface analysis software
from Digital Surf Sarl has been developed for use with the PLμ confocal and
the PLμ 2300 optical imaging profilers produced by Sensofar-Tech SL. Based
on Digital Surf’s Mountains technology, the software is available in four
versions. It loads and displays surface measurement data and provides 3-D imaging
using OpenGL technology. Users can extract 2-D profiles between two or more points
at any time for study. A variety of filters is available for separating frequencies
and wavelengths on a surface and for other functions. Tools for measuring distances,
angles, areas, volumes and step heights are included.
