HAMBURG, Germany, Feb. 10, 2015 — Olympus cellTIRF-1LExpanding its line of illuminators, Olympus has announced the cellTIRF-1L one-line illuminator, suited for use with laser combiners in total internal reflection fluorescence experiments.

The cellTIRF-1L’s motorized total internal reflection (TIR) angle control offers cost-effective flexibility for system builders. It enables multifluorescence samples to be sequentially imaged at the same penetration depth. Control is managed by software integration or the Olympus Real-Time Controller for accurate live cell imaging.
