Photon Control Inc.’s PowerTemp series comprises compact multi- and single-channel transmitters that provide temperature measurement of critical components to maximize life expectancy and avoid catastrophic failure of transformers, generators, switch gears and high-voltage connectors. The tools are fast, accurate and robust. The multichannel temperature transmitter is suitable for multipoint temperature measurement applications and enables measurement in high-voltage, high-radio-frequency and high-electromagnetic-interference environments, when using compatible FluoTemp temperature sensor probes. The standard system configuration comes with six channels and is expandable to 250. The single-channel transmitter is suitable for OEM applications within the power industry because it provides a wide measuring range in a compact size.
