C8 from Teledyne FLIR is a thermal imaging camera for inspection applications. The camera features a 320 × 240 thermal resolution and a 35° horizontal field of view. It uses MSX detail enhancement technology for sharp thermal images and faster fault and anomaly detection for more accurate diagnostics. It uses FLIR Ignite Pro software, which allows technicians to automatically upload inspection images to the cloud for processing and analysis. It has an easy-to-handle form factor that meets industrial standards for drop and ingress protection. C8 is designed for applications in electrical and mechanical maintenance, building diagnostics, and vehicle inspection. It has an accuracy of ±2 °C at 0 °C, a 450 °C maximum object temperature, a sensitivity of NETD <50 mK, and streaming over USB.
