Flir A6750sc SLS thermal imageFlir Systems Inc. has announced the Flir A6750sc SLS thermal imaging camera for high-resolution detection of high-speed thermal events and fast-moving targets in research applications.

Incorporating a cooled strained-layer superlattice detector that operates in the 7.5- to 9.5-μm waveband, the camera produces longwave-infrared thermal imagery at 640 × 512-pixel resolution.

The A6750sc can capture all the pixels of a target simultaneously in less than 190 μs for room-temperature scenes. Data capture is possible up to 2000 °C.
