WATERBEACH, UK, April 23, 2015 — Thermoteknix MicroCam 3Ready to integrate into OEM technology, the third-generation MicroCam thermal imaging core from Thermoteknix Systems Ltd. features shutterless XTi Technology for uninterrupted viewing.

MicroCam 3 weighs 30 g and draws <0.55 W of power. It is available in 384 × 288 17-μm and 640 × 480 17-μm formats.

A waterproof version is available with a variety of integrated lenses.

Applications include aerospace and defense; police, security and border patrol; search and rescue; hunting and wildlife monitoring; scientific devices; and research and development.
