PITTSFIELD, Mass., Sept. 18, 2014 — The Konduit PX13012 and PX11311U compounds by Sabic are thermoplastic material used in hybrid LEDs heat sinks.

The PX13012 compound has the highest thermal conductivity of all electrical isolative flame retardant Konduit compound grades. It touts a 50 percent increase in tensile strength and impact, and 55 percent elongation at break.

The PX11311U compound possesses good thermal conductivity and improved UV performance, elongation at break and heat-shock performance across a range of temperatures. It offers a reflectivity level of up to 92.
