HUNTINGTON, N.Y., April 20, 2020 — Thin-Film ResistorsThin-Film Resistors from Passive Plus Inc. are used in applications that require high stability, high accuracy, or low noise.

The resistors achieve low tolerances and resistor temperature coefficients with low noise, parasitic inductance, and capacitance. As a result, thin-film resistors are stable at much higher frequencies and will be significantly more stable over their lifetime compared to thick-film resistors. The series includes standard, back contact, edge wrap, microwave, and microwave with edge wrap models in ranges from 0.5 to 35 MΩ . Capabilities include, but are not limited to, filled vias, gold bumping, and castellations on substrates from aluminium nitride to quartz.

Applications include test and measurement equipment, monitoring equipment, medical equipment, audio applications, precision controls, and instrumentation.
