KARLSRUHE, Germany, April 1, 2020 — Thread Inspection SystemThe emSys Thread Inspect from EVT Eye Vision Technology GmbH inspects any screw thread for presence, correctness, errors, and contaminations.

The screw thread inspection can also inspect the size accuracy of metric threads and threads measured in inches. The screw thread run, such as the direction of rotation and regularity, can also be checked. Inspection is executed with one command. The graphical drag-and-drop user interface makes the handling easier and creates an inspection program without the need for programming skills.

The system makes it possible to integrate the thread inspection into any inspection plant and any robot.
