Ti:Sapphire-Pumped OPO
RadiantisRequest Info
Radiantis has launched the Oria IR, a Ti:sapphire-pumped optical parametric oscillator (OPO) for nonlinear microscopy and spectroscopy. Fully automated, it provides wavelength coverage with high average power in the near- and mid-IR and is suitable for applications where short pulse durations, high beam pointing and high power stability are required in the infrared.
Pumped by a mode-locked femtosecond MHz Ti:sapphire oscillator, it offers broad tunability. Two separate pump and signal output ports provide independent tuning of the pump wavelength from 720 to 810 nm and of the signal wavelength from 1000 to 1580 nm. Users can choose from the following: 100% of the pump through the output port, with no signal through the signal port; a percentage of the pump through the pump output port, with partial signal through the signal output port; or 0% of the pump through the pump output port, with full signal through the signal output port.
The system is sealed, so users do not have access to the internal cavity. Operation is hands-free, and manual alignment is neither possible nor required. USB-compatible, the 703 × 395 × 192-mm system does not require additional external units such as chillers or MRU air recirculators.
