The SetWORX 1510 toughened adhesive from EpoxySet Inc. is designed for medical device manufacturing and other industrial applications.
The adhesive passed ISO-10993-5 standards and yields high bond strength to metals, ceramic, glass and most plastics. A fast gel time of 15 minutes makes it ideal for production, and electrical insulating properties make it a good choice for electronic applications.
With a 1:1 mix ratio and medium viscosity, the adhesive can readily be dispensed through cartridges or meter mix dispensing equipment. It can be cured at room temperature or with mild heat. This structural epoxy is part of the SetWORX product line that is both BPA- and tin-free.
