CAMARILLO, Calif., March 28, 2022 — Transimpedance AmplifierThe FiberEdge® GN1812 PAM4 transimpedance amplifier from Semtech Corp. enables next-generation data center single-mode connectivity.

Suited to a wide variety of PAM4 optics in chip-on-board and silicon photonics technologies, the amplifier is a quad 750-μm-pitch, low-power, low-noise, high-gain, high-bandwidth device that delivers wide overload performance and low group delay variation. It is ideal for 400GBASE-DR4, FR4, and LR4 PAM4 optical transceivers and chip-on-board optical assemblies. It is also available as wire-bondable bare die.
