CAMBRIDGE, England, Dec. 20, 2016 — Translation StageThe ZDP50K Translation Stage from Prior Scientific Instruments Ltd. is compatible with all modern research microscopes.

The translation stage provides quiet, smooth movement with no backlash operation over a travel range of 50 x 50-mm of travel, with repeatability of ±3 µm and a step size of 0.02 µm. Precise motorization allows quick positioning for recording and imaging.

The stage is controlled via the OptiScan III control system, and is compatible with the Prior Z-Deck Electrophysiological Platform.
