LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Dec. 13, 2017 — Tunable LasersThe TiSon GSB Titan Sapphire laser line from Power Technology Inc. are high-energy, broadly tunable lasers for the biosciences industries including photoacoustic imaging.

The lasers are available in 200- and 400-mW average power configurations and offer user-tunable wavelengths from 700 to 900 nm with direct or fiber-coupled outputs. Both configurations provide high pulse energy, short pulse duration, high pulse-to-pulse stability, excellent pointing stability, maintenance-free operation, cost-effectiveness, fully-automated wavelength tuning and fast wavelength switching. They are air-cooled and provide an ultracompact footprint without the need for a free-standing pump laser.

The TiSon GSB laser is offered in two configurations including the TiSon GSB 200 and TiSon GSB 400. The TiSon GSB 200 has a tunable wavelength range from 710 to 890 nm, with a pulsed output power of 200 mW. The Tison GSB 400 has a tunable wavelength range from 700 to 900 nm with a pulsed output power of 400 mW.
