New visible and near-infrared tunable light sources from Brimrose Corp. can be integrated into a spectral imaging system.

The TLS 300 series is based on Brimrose’s Acousto-Optic Tunable Filter (AOTF) technology. The light sources are powered by a 150 W quartz halogen lamp and feature high switching speed, trigger input/output, no moving parts, compact size and fiber coupling.

Models operate at 500 to 700 nm, 650 nm to 1 µm and 900 nm to 1.6 µm.
