VILNIUS, Lithuania, Nov. 18, 2020 — Tunable Wavelength Picosecond LaserThe PT403 series of tunable wavelength picosecond lasers from EKSPLA integrate a 1-KHz repetition rate diode-pumped solid-state pump laser and optical parametric generator into a single housing.

The system provides wavelengths from 210 to 2300 nm in an all-in-one box solution. All components are in one compact housing for better overall stability, eliminating all potential causes for misalignment between separate laser and generator units.

The optical design is optimized to produce low divergence beams with a typical moderate linewidth of <8 cm-1 at an approximate 15- to 20-ps pulse duration. Featuring a 1-KHz repetition rate, the laser is versatile, cost-efficient tool for time resolved fluorescence, pump-probe spectroscopy, laser-induced fluorescence, IR spectroscopy and other applications.
