Tunable White Light EngineThe LuxiTune 2.3 tunable white light engine from LED Engin Inc. is a 46-mm diameter, 1100-lm, single-emitter light engine that provides a replacement for LuxiTune 2.0 products.

The engine features smooth deep dimming to 0.5 percent, no e-flicker and no visible flicker, extending to additional control interfaces for DALI, DMX-RDM and Bluetooth Low-Energy (BLE) through daughter cards that can be wired into fixtures. The Gen 2.3 hybrid board takes advantage of the thermal performance characteristics of dielectric-in-metal-core printed circuit board technology to integrate both the emitter and 0- to 10-V driver in a compact format.

The device is key to enabling BLE mesh-networked lighting installations.
