VAN NUYS, Calif., Sept. 30, 2020 — Two-Axis Gimbal MountsThe AU300-AE-01 and AU300-AE-02 high-resolution, high stability azimuth and elevation two-axis gimbal mounts from Optimal Engineering Systems Inc. are ideal for mounting cameras, antennas, projectors, lasers, and instrumentation for scanning, tracking, positioning optics, and other applications.

Each axis of the gimbal mount features low-backlash worm gear drives, precision V groove, and cross roller bearings for high repeatability and positional accuracy. They are available with either stepper motors or with three-phase brushless servo motors with quadrature optical encoders.

Each mount handles loads of up to 20 kg, and the base plate has four handles and accessible, pre-drilled mounting holes for easy integration into new or existing applications.
